
Senior Client Relations Specialist

As a seasoned professional in client relationship management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Your role will involve acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, providing advice, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing SME clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to queries, offering expert advice, and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Loan Origination and Management:
- Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable SME loan products based on their business requirements.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor loan performance and work closely with clients to address repayment issues if they arise.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new SME clients, either through referrals, networking, or targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the SME market to tailor loan products to clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services, such as business accounts, insurance, or investment products, to enhance revenue streams and improve client satisfaction.
- Build a portfolio of satisfied SME clients and ensure their continued loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis of SME clients to determine their loan eligibility and risk profile.
- Work closely with the credit team to ensure the creditworthiness of clients before loan approval.
- Customer Retention:
- Focus on strengthening client relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns regarding the loan products.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Regularly report on sales performance, client interactions, and loan status to management.
- Ensure all loan disbursements and client interactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, relationship management, or banking (preferably with SMEs).
- Strong understanding of SME banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical abilities for assessing client financial needs.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
