We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of High-Value Client Engagement Specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and driving business growth through effective client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for wealth products, including PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, and Insurance.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of retail liabilities and market trends to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking services.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Strong knowledge of CASA Sales, CASA handling, HNI client handling, retail liabilities, portfolio management, and wealth product sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNIs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
