Key Performance Indicators

Our organization seeks an accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist to drive business growth through performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce or D2C-focused organizations.

Main Objectives

  • Develop and execute high-performing marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, Display, etc.).
  • Lead end-to-end digital customer acquisition strategies focused on new user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Drive performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Display, Native, and Affiliate channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against key metrics (traffic, sales, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROI).

Required Expertise

  • 22 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in creating full-funnel digital marketing strategies paid, organic, affiliate, and remarketing.
  • Experience in building and optimizing the online customer journey to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
