About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven
Performance Marketing professional
to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid channels, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.


• Manage budgets, track spend efficiency, and maximize ROI across campaigns.


• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.


• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other attribution tools.


• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.


• Run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.


• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and best practices.


• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and strategies to scale campaigns.

Requirements:


• Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.


• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.


• Experience in budget management, performance tracking, and attribution modeling.


• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.
