Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid marketing, SEO, and content creation, along with basic knowledge of creative design and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms.
  • Perform keyword research, SEO optimization, and website content updates to improve organic traffic.
  • Design creative posts, infographics, and short promotional videos/reels for online marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency of brand voice and message across all channels.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation tools for lead generation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and recommend new growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–4 years) in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
