Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, customer retention, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, automation tools, and performance analytics.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
  • Create engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, body text, and call-to-action (CTA).
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement history.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Manage email automation workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to enhance email content and visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year+ experience in email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo & HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
