About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist experienced in B2B lead generation and cold outreach. The ideal candidate will design and execute email campaigns that drive engagement and generate qualified leads for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cold email campaigns for international markets.
  • Use tools like Instantly, , and HubSpot to manage outreach.
  • Write personalized and effective email copy for engagement and conversion.
  • Segment audiences and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Analyze open rates, response rates, and conversions to improve results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B email marketing or cold outreach (IT domain preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, spam rules, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
