We are seeking a
results-driven professional
to strengthen our
B2B sales pipeline
through strategic
email marketing and outbound lead generation
initiatives. This role blends creativity, strategy, and analytics to attract potential clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    outbound email campaigns
    to generate qualified B2B leads for IT services (web & mobile development).
  • Research and identify
    potential industries, target companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop personalized email sequences
    with strong subject lines, engaging copy, and persuasive CTAs aligned with our offerings.
  • Build and maintain
    targeted lead databases
    using platforms such as , Apollo, and
  • Utilize email marketing and outreach tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.) to automate and scale campaigns.
  • Track and analyze
    campaign metrics
    (open rates, CTR, reply rates, conversions) to continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    to identify the most effective messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    sales and business development teams
    to align on campaign goals, lead quality, and nurturing processes.
  • Ensure all outreach activities comply with global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Stay updated on
    IT industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools
    for prospecting and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in
    B2B email marketing, outbound lead generation, or inside sales
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    cold email strategies, prospecting workflows, and sales funnels
    .
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    , Apollo, , Mailchimp, Lemlist, or HubSpot
    .
  • Excellent
    written and communication skills
    — capable of writing persuasive, business-oriented content.
  • Analytical thinker with experience in
    tracking KPIs, performance reporting, and optimization
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple campaigns
    , prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated to achieve measurable sales goals.
