We are looking for a Business Devlopment Consultant (Inside Sales) who will be responsible for driving our outreach efforts, building relationships with prospective clients, and generating leads for the sales team. The individual will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Initiate outbound cold calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce company services/products.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and effectively hand-off to sales team members for follow-up.
  • Maintain and update records of lead interactions in CRM (Paramantra, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Track performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 0-2 years in outbound lead generation, sales development, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
