Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a Business Devlopment Consultant (Inside Sales) who will be responsible for driving our outreach efforts, building relationships with prospective clients, and generating leads for the sales team. The individual will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
- Initiate outbound cold calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce company services/products.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and effectively hand-off to sales team members for follow-up.
- Maintain and update records of lead interactions in CRM (Paramantra, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Track performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 0-2 years in outbound lead generation, sales development, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
