We are looking for Business Consultants for an Advisory Firm, dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across India with innovative solutions and strategic insights. As a forward-thinking consulting firm, they strive to help businesses navigate challenges and achieve sustainable growth. We are on the lookout for someone who has worked in physical products (Manufacturing/Supply chain/Retail/e-Commerce etc.) and not IT/Tech. The candidate must have completed MBA and experience only up to 5 years. If solving the on-ground problems excite you, do apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' operations, processes, and strategies
  • Design and implement frameworks to address clients' unique challenges
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance and drive profitability, focusing on areas such as supply chain, sales, planning, marketing, etc.
  • Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.

Qualifications

  • MBA degree from an institution of repute
  • 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conversational proficiency in local language
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel and powerpoint.
  • Travel will be second nature for this job
