Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Supply Chain Manager located in Indore. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage demand planning, procurement, inventory, and supply operations to ensure efficient workflows. Responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data, forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role will also involve optimizing systems and processes to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Supply Management and Procurement processes
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management, including stock optimization techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with supply chain software or tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Indore
