Job Title: Commercial & Export Operations Executive

Location: Sanwer Road, Indore

Department: Supply Chain & Commercial Operations

Reports To: Commercial Manager / Director – Operations

Experience: 3–5 years in commercial documentation, procurement & exports.

Monthly Salary (CTC): ₹40,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial & Export Operations Executive to manage key back-end processes related to procurement follow-ups, export documentation, sales invoicing, and coordination with suppliers, buyers, and logistics providers. The candidate will also support banking documentation and commercial reporting across domestic and export transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Material Follow-Up

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to approved suppliers

Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery

Liaise with stores team for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) verification and handover to relevant departments (e.g., Ayyappan ji)

Sales & Commercial Documentation

Prepare Proforma Invoices and Sales Invoices for domestic and export clients

Ensure accurate entry of export sale bills in Enhancer or equivalent system

Maintain and update sales reports with product-wise and region-wise data

Assist in monthly stock statement preparation for internal and bank reporting

Export Documentation & Logistics

Prepare complete export documentation including:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Annexures

RODTEP declaration

Export valuation declaration letters

Coordinate with freight forwarders and arrange shipping lines

Prepare BL (Bill of Lading) drafts and get buyer approvals through email

Handle buyer correspondence and shipment follow-ups until dispatch Bank & Loan Documentation

Assist in documentation required for bank loans, export documentation submission, and financial reporting

Liaise with finance team to ensure timely processing of payment collections and LC/BRC submissions

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation

Familiarity with international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations

Good coordination and communication skills with vendors, buyers, and banks

Proficiency in Excel, documentation tools, and any ERP/accounting software

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Business / International Trade

Preferred: Certification in Export-Import Operations or Supply Chain Management

Language: English (mandatory), Hindi/local language as applicable
