Job Title: Import & Export Process Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Import & Export Process Specialist to manage end-to-end trade operations, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth export-import processes, compliance with international regulations, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete import-export operations, documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain all trade-related documents.
  • Handle country registration procedures, compliance, and certifications (online/offline).
  • Liaise with dispatch, quality, production, and external agencies for shipment execution.
  • Communicate with certification agencies to obtain and renew export certifications.
  • Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Generate periodic reports on shipment status and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of import/export laws, logistics, and documentation.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and shipping line communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–6 years' experience in import/export operations or logistics management.
  • Prior experience with certification and registration processes is a plus.
