Climeto Sustainable Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of sustainable material-handling solutions, is seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead the sales and business development efforts for
plastic pallets
in the UAE and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, a proven track record in industrial product sales, and solid knowledge of import-export operations.
This individual will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across warehouses, logistics, retail, and industrial sectors.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base in the UAE and Middle East.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across
warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and retail
sectors. - Promote Climeto's sustainable plastic pallet solutions to corporate clients and key industry decision-makers.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to generate new leads and close deals.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and after-sales service.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized pallet solutions based on operational needs.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of products.
3. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze market data to develop insights for effective pricing, positioning, and business growth strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market developments, opportunities, and potential risks.
4. Import-Export and Supply Chain Coordination
- Oversee and manage the
import and export
of plastic pallets, ensuring compliance with UAE and international trade regulations. - Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless delivery and inventory management.
- Monitor product availability, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with customs, shipping, and export-import processes.
5. Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Track and report sales performance metrics, client pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of clients, prospects, and activities.
6. Marketing and Brand Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows in the UAE.
- Represent
Climeto Sustainable Services Pvt. Ltd.
at industry events, trade fairs, and networking conferences. - Provide marketing insights based on customer feedback and market trends to strengthen brand positioning.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments — including logistics, operations, and finance — to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Support junior sales staff (if applicable) with guidance, mentoring, and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
Master's degree in
Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum
8 years of B2B product sales experience
in the UAE or Middle East, preferably in
industrial, logistics, or packaging products
(plastic pallets experience is an advantage). - Import-Export Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation, logistics, and trade compliance procedures.
- Experience in coordinating shipments, managing suppliers, and dealing with freight forwarders.
- Language Skills:
Excellent command of English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
