What Youll Do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Track sales KPIs and provide performance feedback
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to refine sales approaches
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and delivery
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in service or outsourcing industries
  • Ability to work with remote sales teams and manage virtual performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Results-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Experience in the virtual assistant or outsourcing industry
  • Track record of launching successful sales campaigns
