Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a fast-paced Business Development Specialist located in Indore. The person will be responsible for effectively managing all communication and BD activities to help with the growth of the startup.
Qualifications
- "Go Getter" and "Getting it Done" attitute.
- Reaching out to potential buyers (corporate, retail) globally and within India
- Linkedin and other Social Platforms Familiarity
- Previous experience in corporate orders, retail, hospitality, skincare, healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in using technology to manage business processes
- Tremendous Source of Ownership and responsibility that could mean finishing tasks outside work hours if needed
- Ability to write crisp professional emails, and multi-tasking
- Generate leads and convert on your own
- Previous experience in exports and global sales also preferred
