About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven
Email Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage targeted
    email marketing campaigns
    to promote services and increase engagement.
  • Design, test, and refine
    email templates and automation workflows
    using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar platforms.
  • Segment email lists and personalize messaging based on audience behavior and demographics.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare analytical reports.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual appeal.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with
    data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
    .
  • Research trends and best practices in email marketing to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in
email marketing or digital marketing
.

Strong knowledge of
email marketing platforms
(e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).

Hands-on experience with
HTML/CSS for email templates
(preferred).

Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of
marketing automation and CRM tools
is an added advantage.
