We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Set up and track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Pixels.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall strategy.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, and performance marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Ability to manage ad budgets of ₹2L–₹20L/month (or higher).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on ROI-driven campaigns.
- Creative mindset for ad copies and audience engagement.
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification (preferred).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Lead Quality & Engagement Metrics.

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
