We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Set up and track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Pixels.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall strategy.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, and performance marketing funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Ability to manage ad budgets of ₹2L–₹20L/month (or higher).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Creative mindset for ad copies and audience engagement.
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification (preferred).

  • Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Lead Quality & Engagement Metrics.
