Job Description: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)
Location: Indore
Company: ANG Placement Staffing and Solutions PVT.LTD
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream
- MBA or any Postgraduate degree preferred
Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role in service industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads for ANG Staffings healthcare staffing services
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and create a robust leads database
Design and execute lead generation campaigns through:
Cold calling
- Email marketing
Social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.)
Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the internal sales team
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to enhance lead conversion rates
- Track and analyze performance metrics related to lead generation to refine future strategies
Key Skills Required:
- Strong research and analytical skills to uncover business opportunities
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive ability to influence and engage with potential clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
