Job Description: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • MBA or any Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience Required:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role in service industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for ANG Staffings healthcare staffing services
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and create a robust leads database
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns through:

  • Cold calling

  • Email marketing
  • Social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the internal sales team

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to enhance lead conversion rates
  • Track and analyze performance metrics related to lead generation to refine future strategies

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong research and analytical skills to uncover business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive ability to influence and engage with potential clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
