About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Executives to join our team in Indore. This is a field sales role, suitable for freshers who want to start a career in sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and local campaigns.
  • Promote and sell company products and services to individuals and businesses.
  • Maintain client relationships and handle customer queries.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Record client interactions in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel locally for client meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
