  • Actively convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide support for customers by addressing their concerns and facilitating smooth order execution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each shipment, maintaining consistency and compliance.
  • - Monitor the progress of each shipment, proactively addressing any operational issues that may arise.
  • Track invoices and payment status, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
  • Act as a point of contact to resolve any issues related to shipments, customer concerns, and operational challenges.
