We're Hiring for Senior Manager – Operations (Medical Outsourcing)

Experience: 4-6 years | Location: On-site / Office (Indore, Jabalpur, Sagar, Chhindwara, and Shahdol)

What You'll Do:

  1. Oversee daily operations of outsourced clinical, diagnostic, administrative & facilities services

  2. Supervise & mentor the Deputy Manager; assign responsibilities & ensure accountability

  3. Manage invoicing, vendor contracts, billing audits & financial reconciliations

  4. Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation & quality standards

  5. Define & monitor KPIs, budget performance, cost control & resource utilization

  6. Coordinate workflows across clinical, administrative & support functions

  7. Identify inefficiencies & drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We Need:

  1. Master's degree in Hospitality / Administration / Business Administration (PGDHA, MHA, MBA in Hospital Management preferred)

  2. 4-6 years' experience in hospital/clinical operations, including supervising junior leadership

  3. Strong understanding of medical workflows (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, etc.)

  4. Proven experience in invoicing, vendor & financial reconciliation

  5. Demonstrated HR capabilities (recruitment, training, performance management)

  6. Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills

  7. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver in regulated environments
