Role Overview: -

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) with

strong knowledge of the transformer and EV manufacturing sector. The BDM will be

responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client networks, and driving

revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives

Key Responsibilities: -

Identify and develop new business opportunities in transformers & EV vehicle sector.

Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients (OEMs, dealers, industrial

clients, government bodies).

  1. Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business expansion.
  3. Track leads, manage CRM, and ensure timely follow-up.

  5. 4 years of experience in business development/sales in manufacturing or electrical industry.
  6. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients (OEMs, dealers, industrial clients, government bodies).
  7. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.
  8. Understanding of transformers, EV products, and industrial client requirements.
  9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  10. Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
  11. Target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results.
  12. Salary: 40,000 CTC per month
