Roles & Responsibilities:-


• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/SAP.


• Source and develop reliable vendors for APIs, intermediates, solvents, packaging, engineering spares, and project equipment.


• Ensure timely procurement as per production and project requirements.


• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts for cost savings.


• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research & Development, Maintenance & Project teams for specifications and approvals.


• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and ensure GMP/regulatory compliance.


• Handle imports/exports, customs clearance, and logistics.


• Track market trends, pricing, and support cost reduction initiatives.
