About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in hospitality. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, manage generalist HR responsibilities, oversee payroll processes, and drive employee engagement initiatives to create a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various hospitality roles.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  • Generalist HR Functions

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments.

  • Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and related documentation.

  • Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.

  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Foster a positive work culture that aligns with hospitality service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, payroll systems, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
