Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with potential clients or prospects on LinkedIn.
Build and manage targeted contact lists for email campaigns.
LinkedIn Marketing:
Optimize and manage the company's LinkedIn profile and content strategy.
Send personalized connection requests, follow-ups, and messages to engage
leads.
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn campaign performance.
Email Marketing:
- Create and send engaging email campaigns using marketing tools (e.g.,
Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
Design email sequences for outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing leads.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute direct marketing strategies to promote products or services.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update lead databases (e.g., CRM tools).
Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with data protection regulations (like
GDPR).
- Follow best practices to avoid spam filters and increase engagement
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in crypto, tech, blockchain, or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of crypto/blockchain products, token launches, listings, and DeFi/NFTs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
