Role & responsibilities

To lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce operations for a large-scale blue-collar workforce within a factory setup. This role demands strong expertise in high-volume recruitment, manpower planning, grievance handling, and contractor management, along with the ability to align workforce strategies with production demands and financial targets.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring workforce stability, compliance, and productivity through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and effective vendor and stakeholder engagement. With a strong focus on cost optimization and operational excellence, this role will closely partner with senior leadership, business units, and contractors to drive sustainable manpower solutions that support organizational growth and uninterrupted factory operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7 to 10 years in HR with strong focus on blue collar recruitment in large manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Skilled in manpower planning, HRIS, attendance, compliance, and grievance handling
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business, finance, and vendors to optimize workforce productivity and costs.
  • Proven track record in high-volume workforce recruitment, contractor/vendor management, and onboarding processes of Blue Collars.
  • Ensure effective recruitment and onboarding of blue-collar workers in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce records and HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with contractors, business teams, and employees to promote workforce stability and productivity.
  • Monitor and address employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support timely and accurate reporting and analysis of workforce metrics to inform management decisions.
