**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive(Female Only)**
**Location: Faridabad**
**Experience: 3 to 6 Years**
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female HR Recruiter to join our team in
hiring, and mid to senior-level recruitment. This role is critical to scaling our rapidly
growing team and will involve end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle the entire recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage bulk hiring drives for warehouse and field operations roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and provide regular hiring updates.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends in the e-commerce sector.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (3-6 years) in e-commerce, bulk, and senior-level hiring.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
