Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern with Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions LLP, located in Faridabad. The day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, contributing to employer branding strategies, and supporting the hiring process. The intern will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of staffing that Elite Butlers is known for.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Knowledge or enthusiasm in Hiring and Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and talent assessment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling candidates professionally
  • Ability to work and coordinate in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ongoing or completed)
  • Passion for talent acquisition and understanding workforce needs in the luxury hospitality space
