Job Description: Executive - HR (Recruitment)

Position Title: Executive - HR (Recruitment)

Location: Sarvome Group, Sec-45, Faridabad

Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:

  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  3. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

  4. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  5. Job Postings and Advertisements:

  6. Create and manage job postings on various job boards and company career pages.

  7. Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and attractive to potential candidates.

  8. Candidate Management:

  9. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.

  10. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  11. Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.

  12. Interview Process:

  13. Assist in the development of interview questions and assessment criteria.

  14. Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.

  15. Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.

  16. On boarding:

  17. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires.

  18. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

  19. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.

  20. Metrics and Reporting:

  21. Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

  22. Analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.

  23. Compliance:

  24. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  25. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  3. Experience:

  4. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  5. Experience in Real Estate is a plus.

  6. Skills:

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  9. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
