Location: Faridabad

Position: HR & Admin ( Female Candidate Only )

Exp Yrs in Manufacturing Industry/ Corporate Offices.

CTC Budget - 4 to 6 LPA.

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: MBA in HR & Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Induction: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction process.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Oversee time office management, leave management, and coordinate payroll processes.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, foster positive employee engagement, and support retention initiatives.
  • Exit Process: Handle employee exit formalities, including clearances, exit interviews, and final settlements.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.
  • General Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and process employee reimbursements and other expense claims.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain HR records, prepare HR reports, and ensure accuracy in data management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
