Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive (Fresher/Entry-Level) to join our growing healthcare recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for medical and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for healthcare positions
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Support in onboarding and documentation processes
  • Handle day-to-day recruitment operations
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and candidates
