Job Summary:

Admin Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations, administrative tasks, and travel/ticketing arrangements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and prior experience handling reception and ticketing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Reception Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage courier, mail, and front desk operations efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office area is presentable.

Administrative Support:

  • Support daily office operations and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for dispatch & courier Management.

Travel & Ticketing:

  • Handle travel bookings (air, train, hotel) for employees and management.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Maintain travel records, itineraries, and reimbursement documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administration, reception, and ticketing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with travel booking portals and coordination.
  • Pleasant personality, good multitasking, and time management skills.

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
