Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
Admin Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations, administrative tasks, and travel/ticketing arrangements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and prior experience handling reception and ticketing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Reception Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage courier, mail, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office area is presentable.
Administrative Support:
- Support daily office operations and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for dispatch & courier Management.
Travel & Ticketing:
- Handle travel bookings (air, train, hotel) for employees and management.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements.
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and reimbursement documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administration, reception, and ticketing.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with travel booking portals and coordination.
- Pleasant personality, good multitasking, and time management skills.
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
