Key Responsibilities: Accounts:

 Maintain daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS & challans

 Prepare monthly accounts, assist with audits & maintain vendor records

 Oversee billing, payments, and stock tracking

HR & Administration:

 Maintain staff attendance, leave, and HR records

 Organize files, logistics, and office supplies

 Handle visitors, correspondence, and bank-related tasks

Operations:

 Support project teams with budgeting, data collection & documentation

 Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office

You Bring: Strong accounting knowledge (Tally/MS Office preferred) Excellent organizational & communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
