Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and drivenTalent Acquisition Executiveto join our team on a6-month contractual basis . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring processes. The contract may be extended based on performance and business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Handleend-to-end recruitmentfor assigned roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant candidates. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain recruitment trackers and update status reports regularly. Support onboarding formalities for selected candidates.Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experiencein Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Available to joinimmediatelyor within a short notice period.Contract Terms: Duration:6 months (renewable based on performance) Type:Full-time, on-site Performance-based extensionor conversion to permanent role
