Wellversed is hiring Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Trainees to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the Talent Acquisition professional to understand the recruitment functions. Ultra-high proficiency in verbal communication, written communication, and operating Google Sheets and Google Forms is mandatory.Responsibilities Manage thenon-techrecruitment and selection process. Take initial Telephonic Interview and Culture Fit interview rounds Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment, etc. Use smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and overcome recruitment delays.Requirements Minimum 6 monthsof Relevant internship experience with recruitment. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Ability to gauge Behavioural Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidates Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel Highly organized in work planning and team communication People-oriented and results-driven Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Loves taking ownership and achieving targetsAbout Wellversed Wellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness.
