Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Receivables Manager, located in Patna. The Area Receivables Manager oversees collection strategies, monitors payment adherence, and ensures the efficiency of receivables management processes. Primary responsibilities include leading a team to manage customer accounts, reducing overdue payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing financial data and reports, implementing recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of receivables management, collection strategies, and financial analysis
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for tracking and reporting
  • Analytical thinking for identifying and addressing payment issues
  • Experience in the financial services industry, especially in lending or credit, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification or MBA is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under deadlines and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
