Role Description
The Area Manager - Sales will take charge of driving sales and business growth in the Patna region. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and representing India LEARN's curriculum solutions. The role also involves leading and managing a team of sales personnel, conducting presentations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Proficiency in market research, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and data analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to plan strategically, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets under deadlines
- Knowledge of the education sector or curriculum development is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required
Salary: Upto 8 Lakhs per Annum
