Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Asaf Ali Road, Delhi, Near New Delhi Metro Station

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and soft-spoken individual to join our team as a Client Support Executive and data entry person. This role combines client communication with documentation and Excel skills to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send quotations to clients over email.
  • Share dispatch details and test certificates with clients.
  • Call clients for delivery follow-ups ("Has the material reached you?"), etc,
  • Maintain and update multiple Excel trackers, including Order-to-Delivery and Customer Follow-Up sheets, Which client has given the G.P., Etc 5-6 Sheets
  • Ensure client servicing is done with patience, politeness, and respect.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( formatting, and data entry).
  • Good Soft Speaking & Respectful communication skills
  • Prior experience in client servicing
  • Excel Knowledge & good data entry speed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
