About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented eCommerce Data Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will analyze sales, customer, and operational data across online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) to help optimize performance, improve conversions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, inventory, and marketing data across multiple eCommerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain dashboards & reports to track KPIs (sales, traffic, conversions, returns, etc.).
  • Perform reconciliations of sales, payments, refunds, and logistics data.
  • Identify sales trends, customer buying behavior, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support pricing, promotions, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across marketplaces and internal systems.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve website sales, product listings, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in eCommerce/retail).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, EasyEcom, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and present insights clearly to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
