Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize
    product or service listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) or internal databases.
  • Ensure
    accuracy, consistency, and completeness
    of listing details, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Proofread and edit
    listings for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization.
  • Utilize
    Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data sorting, etc.)
    to manage large sets of data listing efficiently.
  • Leverage
    ChatGPT or AI tools
    to improve content quality, generate descriptions, and automate responses.
  • Monitor and analyze listing performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure listing accuracy and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Strong listening skills
    and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
    (50+ WPM preferred).
  • Excellent command of written English
    (grammar, spelling, clarity).
  • Proficiency in Excel
    (data management, formulas, reporting).
  • Experience with
    ChatGPT or similar AI tools
    for content generation is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in
    listing management, data entry, or content writing
