We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive (Amazon Specialist) to manage and grow our brand presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep platform knowledge, and hands-on experience in handling daily operations, cataloging, advertising, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central if applicable).

Product listing, catalog creation, and content optimization (A+ content, keywords, SEO).

Monitor daily orders, returns, inventory, and ensure smooth order processing.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for timely dispatch & issue resolution.

Plan and execute Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns, optimize ACOS, and improve ROI.

Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, and competition trends.

Handle promotions, deals, coupons, and event planning (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.).

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies to avoid account or listing issues.

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements:

3 years of experience handling Amazon marketplace operations.

Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and Amazon dashboard.

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
