Position: E-commerce Executive

Location Gurugram

Responsibilities:

· Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of activities related to product listing, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.

· Invoice Reconciliation: Collaborate with the accountant to reconcile invoices from vendors and cooperatives, ensuring accuracy and timely payment processing.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with vendors to facilitate listing their products on the E-commerce platform, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

· Product Listing Management: Assist in the timely and accurate listing of products on the E-commerce portal, including uploading product information, images, and pricing details.

· Campaign Design and Management: Lead the planning, design and execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and creativity to drive customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably in a coordination or support role.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing invoices and product data.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other E-commerce platforms/software is a plus.
