E-Commerce Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, including stock tracking, updating product listings, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock availability.
- Order Processing: Process online orders, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment, packaging, and shipping.
- Data Entry: Use Google Sheets to track and report on inventory levels, order status, and customer interactions.
- Product Listings: Help create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports related to sales, inventory, and customer feedback to support decision-making and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation is required.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of inventory management and listings is required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
