About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analytics Specialist with expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing analytics. This role requires someone who can analyze sales performance across multiple online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, D2C websites, etc.) and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns to drive actionable insights.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, digital marketing KPIs, and consumer behaviour to support strategic decisions and accelerate online growth.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse sales performance across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and D2C platforms.
Evaluate marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) and share insights on their ROI, CTR, and overall effectiveness.
Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
Identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal teams and leadership.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to plan and execute data-driven initiatives.
Stay updated with analytics tools, industry benchmarks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in analytics for e-commerce and digital marketing.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Google Data Studio, and marketplace analytics dashboards.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, marketing metrics, and consumer analytics.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with D2C brands or agencies handling multiple e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and performance marketing analytics.
Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
