Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager located in Gurgaon. The E-commerce Manager will manage the overall e-commerce operations, monitor and analyze web analytics and KPIs, and oversee the digital marketing strategies. The role also includes managing the inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, optimizing the user experience, and coordinating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in e-commerce operations and inventory management
  • Excellent skills in project management and team coordination
  • Proven track record of enhancing user experience and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
