About Us:

We are a premium fashion and lifestyle brand with a strong online presence across India and global markets. Our products are available through our own website as well as leading marketplaces such as Tata Luxe, Myntra, Nykaa Luxe, Ajio, Amazon & Flipakrt. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Executive to oversee online operations, and drive growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce channels (Website, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.)
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, listings, campaigns, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory updates, returns, and customer service flow.
  • Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports — including best-selling products, return trends, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and marketing strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure timely execution of all e-commerce operations and tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in E-commerce operations or management (Fashion/Footwear industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations — especially Myntra, TATA Luxe, Nykaa Luxe, Amazon, Ajio, and brand websites.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and e-commerce dashboards (Unicommerce, EPR, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under deadlines.
