About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Quick Commerce Associate / Key Account Manager (Q-Comm) to drive and scale our presence across quick commerce platforms. This role demands a blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Q-comm ecosystem. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of account performance, identify new growth opportunities, and execute initiatives that drive revenue and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business across Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Big Basket Now, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive visibility, selection, and growth initiatives to improve brand performance on platforms.
  • Own the P&L for Q-comm channels, track key metrics, and optimize for revenue and profitability.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, visibility drives, and product launches in collaboration with platforms.
  • Monitor daily operations - inventory, pricing, visibility, order fulfilment, and performance reports.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce (D2C brand experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Q-comm operations, processes, and partner ecosystems.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and take calculated risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and passionate about driving growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
