Job Title: Business Development Associate - Brand Onboarding & Partnerships

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
About the Role
ScanMonk is building India's first trust layer for e-commerce. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a mission-critical role in onboarding D2C brands, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating market adoption. This role demands strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a mindset focused on growth, learning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify relevant D2C brands and businesses across categories and initiate structured outreach.
- Present ScanMonk's proposition, offerings, and value to founders, CXOs, and marketing teams.
2. Brand Onboarding
- End-to-end management of onboarding calls, product walk-throughs, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth transition of brands from interest → onboarding → activation on platform.
3. Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking for leads, follow-ups, conversions, and account engagement.
4. Strategic Partnerships
- Identify collaboration opportunities with ecosystem partners (agencies, marketplaces, SaaS tools, logistics, etc.).
- Manage relationship cycles from introduction to formal partnership closure.
5. Relationship Development
- Build strong long-term relationships with Founders, CMOs, and growth teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-onboarding to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track trends, competitor moves, and industry developments to refine messaging and strategy.
7. Compliance & Ethical Selling
- Ensure transparency and responsible communication across all sales and onboarding interactions.

Incentives disbursed monthly, along with a salary based on revenue performance

- Confident communicator with strong business acumen
- Self-driven, structured, and resilient - especially in new territory building
- Experience in SaaS sales, D2C ecosystem, partnerships, or B2B outreach is a plus
- Strong follow-through, discipline, and ability to close deals
