Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Customer Support Associate
with
2-3 years of experience in POS billing software or related fields
to assist users with
one or more of our products
—whether it's
billing software, digital receipts, raffle draws, or survey solutions
. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring businesses get the best experience from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer support
    for one or more of Karnival's products:

  2. POS Billing Software
    – Assisting users with billing, invoicing, and transaction-related queries.

  3. E-Receipts
    – Helping businesses implement and manage digital receipts for paperless transactions.
  4. Raffle Draws
    – Supporting retailers in setting up and managing digital raffle campaigns for customer engagement.

  5. Surveys
    – Guiding businesses in creating and analysing customer feedback surveys to drive better decision-making.

  6. Troubleshoot and resolve
    technical/software-related issues
    efficiently.

  7. Assist new users with
    onboarding, product setup, and training sessions
    .
  8. Collaborate with
    internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Sales)
    to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  9. Maintain detailed logs of
    customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions
    in CRM tools.
  10. Ensure a high level of
    customer satisfaction and quick response times
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support for POS billing software, digital solutions, or fintech products.
  • Strong understanding of
    billing, invoicing, and retail transaction processes
    .
  • Experience supporting
    E-Receipts, Raffle Draws, or Customer Surveys
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
    in
    English and Hindi
    .
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting
    .
  • Ability to
    handle multiple customer queries efficiently
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • A
    customer-first mindset
    with problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in
    SaaS-based POS, customer engagement tools, or survey platforms
    .
  • Exposure to
    retail, hospitality, or e-commerce industries
    .
  • Familiarity with
    customer loyalty programs and digital marketing tools
    .
